lyrics

The Best Habit in the Convent.
Climb – peaking on the mountain, tonight we ascend, unto the convent.
Time – refines its meaning. Grinds seeming believing, cause and effect.
Mind – obsessed with sight. Can't receive the light, until it examines intention.
She shows us persistence, she shows us that distance, is overcome by resonance.

Root and branch, language avalanche, speaks in tongues and rants, never can say it's not a good time.
Skin and rind, protects the flesh and mind. Creates symbols and signs, planting the seed, weeding the lie.
Truth or dare, good and evil compare, pain and pleasure we bare, food we will share.
Who says its not a good time? Who says there's such thing as mine? Who denies we becomes I?

Behold the relic the church fathers have sent.
It's the best habit in the whole damn convent.
Never wear it with pride.
Bare it just to bestow sight to all of us blind.
All of our 5 senses.
Perceive by resonance.
I think therefore I am recognizing thought.
It takes one to know one is nature's eternal law.
Create to see creator.
